After suffering a 85-74 loss on the road at Kaskaskia back on January 18th, the Warriors looked to redeem themselves in front of the home crowd on Sophomore Night. The Warriors ended up knocking off Kaskaskia by a final of 82-55. All eleven Warriors that dressed, played.
Sherod Dent Jr. and Clay Butler were the only two Warriors that scored double digits. Dent Jr. finished with 24 points, while Butler added 12 points, Khore Furlow finished with nine points, Muja Burton tallied seven points, Malachi Johnson and Gabe Byrd added six points each, Daniel Robinson and Kamea Chandler finished with five points each, and then rounding out the scoring for the Warriors was Tamorrian Grigsby and Kevin Anthony, who both finished with four points each.
Wabash Valley went eight of nine from the free throw line.
Thw Warriors hit the road for two games before returning to the Spencer Sports Center one last time this season on Tuesday, March 4th at 7pm. They will be hosting Lake Land College.
