SOFTBALL CAMP TO BE HELD AT WVC

Mt. Carmel, IL –         Wabash Valley College will host a Softball Camp on Saturday, January 28 and Saturday, February 4, 2017.  The camp, for girls ages 7-17, will be held in WVC’s Spencer Sports Center Gym.  Hitting and Fielding will be on Saturday, January 28 and Saturday, February 4, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  The Pitching portion will be on Saturday, January 28 and Saturday, February 4, from 12:30 – 1:15p.m.

The cost is $35 for one day of Hitting and Fielding, $60 for two days of Hitting and Fielding or for one day of Hitting, Fielding, and Pitching.  The two-day camp for Hitting, Fielding, and Pitching is $80.

Participants will need to bring their ball gloves and wear tennis shoes.  Please wear sweat pants for sliding drills.  Bats are optional.

The concession stand will be open for campers to get drinks and snacks.

The Camp will be conducted by WVC Head Softball Coach Paul Schnarre, his assistants Asa Deffendall and Mark Colvin, and the WVC Lady Warriors Softball Team.

I understand that neither, WABASH VALLEY COLLEGE, the DIRECTORS, the COACHES, COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT 529, nor anyone connected with the Camp will assume any responsibility for medical, dental, or other expense incurred as a result of any course instruction given by the camp staff.  Further, I hereby waive any and all claims, or right to claims, and agree to hold harmless WABASH VALLEY COLLEGE, the DIRECTORS, the COACHES, COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT 529, or anyone connected with the Camp, for any accident or injury incurred as a result of participating in the camp.  I further state that the Camper has insurance coverage, which is provided by the insurance carrier listed below:
