The Warriors picked up their fourth win on the season this past Wednesday, October 20th over the Lions of Detroit Community Christian College. Wabash used a 51 point second half to secure the victory. The Warriors won by a final of 92-61.
In the victory, all 14 Warriors saw playing time and 11 scored. The Warriors were led in scoring by Nazier Leonard with 24 points. Also scoring in double digits was Khore Furlow with 18 points and Taj Ford with 12 points. Rafe Merriweather added 8 points, while Jamier Nowell, Jesiah Sloss and DeMario Spear all tallied 6 points each. Also scoring for the Warriors was Michael Dempsey, Byron McNeill, Tristan Yarde and Mohamed Diaby.
The Warriors are back at the Spencer Sports Center on December 4th against Lewis & Clark Community College. The Warriors will spend Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving weekend in Poplar Bluff, MO playing in the Bank of Grandin Thanksgiving Classic.
